Learning from archives can sometimes provide knowledge and motivation to speculate critically about future ideas. The act of interpretation and curation for a general audience, when utilised as a method to convey information, can disclose unsaid memories and culture. During this workshop, all contributors were invited to choose numerous historical archives from KITLV Koninklijk Instituut van Taal-Lan-en Volkenkunde, then observe and assimilate the lessons learnt. After that, contributors pour their thoughts into the river of imagination on the table and talk about the inspiring values they want to see in the future.
